Background PGOU of Burgos
A plan for an area of over 120,000 m2 for detached and grouped houses located in the extreme southwest of the city, with good communication with the university and the city center.
A complex management caused by pre-existing buildings of which a part is preserved. It is structured around a central body of facilities to become a social heart of a residential area that requires this type of living space, which is replicated with small community spaces evenly distributed between groups of housing spaces.
The circulation by a ring with two handles prevents other kinds of passing circulations within a clear road hierarchy.
