Structure and bioclimatic conditioning
For the first time in the urban history of this city a planning of its municipal area faces the problem of the relationship of this city with the river Jerte, a front that is its most important instrument not only scenic, but especially in terms of urban and territorial structure and function . We see here an example of the multivariable role played by urban parks (the existing orchards of Data area are preserved and integrated in the urban system).
This policy of urban regeneration through the integration of a system of parks, develops in front of the river, in this case upstream, with a new park that includes landscaped sports facilities
