A shaft that starts in a dam a few kilometers north of the city of Plasencia along which flows a canal that supplies water to a sequence of parks to boost the urban quality and condition the environment of a set of neighborhoods of this city. An amount of water partially used for irrigation and the rest returned back to the river to guarantee the preservation of its biological needs, this flow of water is cascaded back to the river in a place where the master planning places a congress center already in function as part of the new urban engine masterminded by the plan to boost the economic base of the city
