Preliminary study for the rehabilitation of a building listed with a structural level of protection in the historic center of Madrid.
A study of historical background from relevant documents was conducted to identify each stage of construction of what was originally a mansion on two floors plus a basement that housed the stables, up to the current building in which still keeps the original entrance and palace remains that was expanded by adding two new heights with the corresponding distribution of bourgeois flats.
The preliminary study was completed with a proposal for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the building within regulatory parameters of the Villa de Madrid Protection Plan.
