This public housing area of naive finishes determined by end users (then and now), encloses a friendly way of living, dense, semi-rural, with associated gardens, all in the format of the construction of their immediate environment: from colours (today somewhat altered), associated with local pigments, opening holes, short front yards or characteristic anterior and posterior approaches.A type of housing that goes beyond the traditional air, for its size, integration into the local tissue, function within functional areas, and contemporary structure; it remains habitable and appears well rooted without being affected by its bare minimum price or its assignment as public housing.
The general outlay incorporates a small park and a playground in the rear of the houses, all self-managed by neighbours.
