The Beaches of Lanzada, the islands of Ons and Onceta, the Ria of Pontevedra and Vigo, Cies Islands, the Cove of San Simon, including Miño estuary, the settlement of Santa Tecla, the fortress of San Lorenzo de Goian in Pontevedra and the fort of Insúa on the border with Portugal and its defensive systems and baroque fortresses, were the subject of this work in which maritime and air facilities were used in fieldwork and analysis techniques to study tides for beach regeneration , ethnographic analysis in enclaves that are real sources of customs, economic and ecological analyzes of regulation of the activity in natural areas with strong tourist demand . The project was welcomed after its exposure in the practices of landscape studies of the Polytechnic University of Madrid in the Pazo de Montero Rios (Palace of Lourizán), in the estuary of Pontevedra
